Cookies
Rather than a paragraph of reassurance, here is the inventory. Every cookie category a site might use, and what doratesting actually places in it.
The inventory
- Strictly necessary — none. The site is static; nothing needs a session.
- Preferences — no cookies. Your theme choice is held in local storage instead (see below).
- Analytics — no cookies. Page views are counted by a cookieless script.
- Advertising and targeting — none. There is no advertising on this site and no ad network involved.
Because the inventory is empty, there is no banner
Consent prompts exist for the categories above. With nothing in them, there is nothing to ask you to accept or reject.
The local-storage entry
One key, dt-theme, records whether you chose the light or dark rendering. It never leaves your browser and is removed when you clear site data for this domain.
The scope flow
The branching "does DORA testing apply to you" walkthrough runs client-side over pre-rendered steps. The answers you click are not submitted anywhere and are not retained.
How analytics works without cookies
The script reports aggregate page views only. It sets no identifier, builds no profile and performs no cross-site tracking, which is why it needs no cookie to do its job.
